DC announced that they're releasing an action figure line of The New 52 Justice League at last year's SDCC. These new figures, to be released through DC Direct, will feature character designs by DC's head honcho Jim Lee as they appear on the revamped comic book series. All in all, seven figures are to be released and these are slated to start rolling out this summer.
The first three figures to be announced for shipping are Batman, Green Lantern and Aquaman. The Batman figure is the first to hit shelves this May, followed by GL and Aquaman in June. Pre-orders are now open for these figures on online retail sites such as Entertainment Earth. Locally, I've learnt that Comic Quest is already accepting pre-orders for them as well.
If things go as planned with the figures' published release dates on the photo above, then we can expect The Flash, Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Superman to hit the shelves soon after.
