It's got the standard connectivity - WiFi, Bluetooth and wait, what's this? 3G? This thing uses a SIM card? Unconfirmed, but if true, fuck yes. You can probably surf with it, too, no matter where you are. Says on the official site it'll be powered by A&T, so it could be like the Kindle.
With a 5 inch screen, I bet this thing'll be a battery hog. It's got six-axis sensors, too, so it'll recognize tilting in six directions. Kinda like a your DS3 controller does. Yeah, I bet you didn't know that.
What really sold the PS Vita for me is the integration between it and your PS3. Now, I know not all games will support it, but they did, can you imagine the possibilities? Skyrim. Modern Warfare 3. Battlefield 3. Anywhere.
How much will it be and when will it be out in the market? The 3G/WiFi model will sell at $299 or roughly Php 15,000. Woah. That's about a quarter of the price of an iPhone. Launch date is this month for Japan and for the rest of the world, it'll be on February 22, 2012. You'll have a few months to enjoy it before the end of the world, so it's all good.
